Blood Pressure Measurement

FALSE.

High blood pressure can happen to anyone at any age, but the risk increases when you are over 40 years old. As it often does not display any signs and symptoms, monitoring your blood pressure (BP) is the only way to find out if you have high blood pressure and take timely action to prevent complications.

If your BP is higher than 140/90mmHg most of the time (even at rest), it is a sign that you need to seek professional help.
